Nine times out of ten, you signed in with a different email than the one used at checkout. Sign out and sign in with the exact email on your Stripe receipt. If you paid with an address you can’t use, email us and we’ll move your purchase over.
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from our sign-in service. Links expire after a short time — request a fresh one from the sign-in page if needed.
