Send an email to support@example.com from the address you purchased with (or simply reply to your Stripe receipt), and say you’d like a refund. We’ll process it to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your access to the handbook ends when the refund is issued.
We offer this policy because we’d rather you buy with confidence than hesitate. We ask one thing in return: the refund window is for genuine dissatisfaction, not for reading the entire handbook and keeping the knowledge for free. Accounts that abuse the policy may be declined future purchases.
