All sales are final

Because this is a digital handbook delivered in full the moment you purchase — the complete method is readable in a single sitting — all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable.

Why, plainly

A book can’t be un-read. Once the method is in your head, returning the access doesn’t return the knowledge — which is why instant-access informational products like this one are sold on a final basis, the same way a ticket to a seminar is.

Try before you buy — really

We’d rather you be certain than surprised. That’s why the free sample chapter is the complete introduction to the method — read it first. It shows you exactly what the handbook is (a method of analysis and risk discipline) and what it isn’t (signals or profit promises). If the sample doesn’t convince you, don’t buy.

The exceptions we always honor

We will promptly and fully refund:

Duplicate purchases — if you were charged twice, or bought a second copy by accident, email us and the duplicate comes back, no questions.

Billing errors — any charge that doesn’t match the advertised price, or a charge you can show you didn’t authorize.

Access failures we can’t fix — if you paid and we cannot get the handbook working for you after working with our support, you shouldn’t pay for something you can’t use.

How to reach us

For any of the above — or anything that feels wrong about your purchase — email support@tradingthefuturesmarket.com from the address you purchased with, or simply reply to your Stripe receipt. A real person reads every message, usually within one business day.
